Overview
We are not offering a return or refund once place the order. On very special cases, our team will look into possibilities to make our customers happy.
Several types of items are exempt from being returned. Perishable items cannot be returned.
Refunds
If your returns are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tejeasyfoods@gmail.com and our customer support team will assist you. We will respond in 5-7 days on your exchange.
