How to Cook Instant Pongal Premix

  1. Boil 2 cups of hot water for every 1 cup of premix.

  2. Add premix to boiling water, stir well.

  3. Cover and cook on low flame for 5–6 minutes until pongal mix absorbs water.

  4. Switch off, let it rest for 2 minutes.

  5. Fluff gently and serve hot with chutney or pickle.
