How to Cook Instant Jonna Rava Upma  Premix

  1. Boil 2.5 cups of hot water for every 1 cup of premix.

  2. Add premix to boiling water, stir well.

  3. Cover and cook on low flame for 10–15 minutes until jonna rava  absorbs water.

  4. Switch off, let it rest for 2 minutes.

  5. Fluff gently and serve hot with chutney or pickle.
